Our Preparation Commitment & the Re-Prep Program
Advanced System enrolments across all three tracks (UCAT, GAMSAT and Circuit) may be eligible for our Re-Prep Program, which is strictly contingent on 100% completion of the platform's assigned preparation milestones, including every mandatory scheduled mock, tracked automatically against your Dynamic Study Timeline. A claim on an account with incomplete milestones is not eligible. This is a commitment to the quality and completeness of the preparation you receive, not a guarantee of an interview, offer or admissions outcome. Those decisions rest entirely with the relevant universities and testing authorities and depend on many factors outside any preparation provider's control.
How MMI and Circuit feedback is produced
Every MMI and Circuit submission is reviewed and returned to you by a practising doctor, with a target turnaround time of 48 hours. To help that turnaround stay fast, an internal pre-screening layer first maps pacing (words per minute), filler-word frequency, and bioethics keyword coverage into a draft summary for the reviewing doctor's use. The doctor reviews that draft against the recording, corrects or overrides it as needed, and only then publishes it to your account. Nothing reaches your dashboard without a doctor's review and sign-off.
Enrolment capacity
Because every submission is marked personally by a doctor, doctor-marked places are capped each intake so turnaround times stay fast for every student in that cohort. See Doctor Diagnostic Onboarding for details.
